El Colony is a London-based, female-owned development and production company representing international directing talent, founded by award-winning British screenwriter and former advertising creative Olga Rozanova, alongside Kate Barer, commercial, theatre and video-art producer. We cut our teeth in TV commercials and talent representation, but evolved with our roster.

Since 2020, we develop a slate of international film and TV titles — fiction, animation, and documentary. Helen Blakeman (BAFTA/EMMY) joined as co-executive producer on feature animation.

Projects on our slate have come through TorinoFilmLab, TFL Series Next, and Midpoint Series Launch. BAFTA Rocliffe winners (feature animation). Sundance Development Track shortlist (drama feature).

We also collaborate on documentary projects with our Swiss partner company Avocado360 working in Fulldome.
